Second-year undergraduate students who enrolled in the ‘Communicative English for Tourism Industry 2’ course participated in this study. The data were collected from an English classroom at a government university in Northeastern Thailand and via the course’s private Facebook group. The research methods for this study included distributing questionnaires, conducting semi-structured interviews, and making observations. Providing them with a new type of practicing English might encourage them to have more confidence when speaking English. In Thailand, most Thai students are shy and have less confidence in speaking English.
